We are open to negociation on rates for extended stays or repeat business but our winter rate is our strict minimum rate.

Cancellation policy :
No charges up to 72 hours before arrival, 100% of one night thereafter.

All reservations made during one of Cannes special congress will be considered as definite and non refundable. Full payment will be made through a credit card before arrival.
