Frequently asked questions

Do you have a restaurant ?
We were not allowed to open a restaurant, however there are several good partner restaurants within walking distance in Le Val.
We serve a good continental breakfast between 7 and 10 am or later upon request and our clients can order lunch or dinner from outside and use our dining room and our vending machine.

Are you far from the old village ?
We are just at the foot of the old village and you can walk up to it if you feel courageous enough within 10 minutes. Watch it, it's all uphill !

Are you located in a quiet area ?
Le Val itself is an animated spot on a road leading from Cannes to Grasse and we are exposed to traffic disturbance. We are soon expecting a huge improvement from the municipality rehabilitation project of the area. In any case, if you are looking for a very quiet spot on the French Riviera, you might have to drive to some remote places…but still without guaranty.

Do you have a swimming pool ?
No and it seems difficult to create one. The city swimming pool is only about a mile away and sandy beaches at some six miles.

Do you have air-conditioning ?
The hotel is fully air conditionned with each guest room individually controlled.

Do you close in winter ?
We do not foresee a winter closure as we reside in the hotel.

Do you have sea view ?
You can see the sea at a distance of about a mile and a half from the second and third floors terraces.
